Terms and Conditions
A. Aerin Kube, LLC owns and operates this website. These Terms and Conditions outline the terms under which you may use our website and services. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use my website or receive services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must also possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You are not permitted to use my website or services if prohibited by law in your country or jurisdiction.
Payment and Enrollment Policies
Payment Plans: Payment must be made on time according to the agreed-upon terms at enrollment. To secure your space in any class, the first payment is required. If payments are not made by the agreed-upon due date, students may be administratively withdrawn from the course.
Non-Refundable Fee: If a course is less than 20 days away and payment arrangements are not finalized, the first month's payment will be considered a non-refundable fee. If a payment is declined, students have until the end of the business day to make alternative arrangements. A $20 late fee will apply if the payment is not made within three days. Failure to pay within six days will result in withdrawal from the course, and any fees paid will be subject to prorated charges.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
No Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
This policy ensures that I can effectively manage my schedule and provide the best service possible. It is designed to minimize disruptions and maximize service availability for all clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full fee for the appointment will apply, and no additional time will be added to compensate for the late arrival. This policy ensures that all clients receive their scheduled time without unnecessary delays.
Note: If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $20 fee. Failure to attend the rescheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Communication Requirement
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have access to the appropriate technology for online appointments, such as Zoom, or any necessary links. No refunds will be issued if technical difficulties arise on the client’s end, unless previously discussed and agreed upon.

I, Aerin Kube, am not a licensed medical, legal, or financial professional. Any guidance or information I provide is strictly for personal insight purposes and should not be interpreted as professional medical, legal, or financial advice. You agree to hold me, Aerin Kube, and A. Aerin Kube, LLC, harmless from any claims, damages, or outcomes related to your use or misuse of my services, website, or third-party affiliates. Certain jurisdictions may consider the services I provide to be for entertainment purposes only.
By using my services, you agree that any decisions you make are your own, and I am not responsible for the consequences of those decisions. You must be at least 18 years old to receive any service, and you agree that your use of these services is entirely voluntary and based on your free will.
Confidentiality and Recording
All sessions are private and confidential. Clients may not record the session without prior written consent. Unauthorized recording or distribution of any session materials, including audio, video, or written content, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

I reserve the right to change the services, discontinue them, or adjust pricing without prior notice. Access to services may be temporarily or permanently terminated without liability or notice, including for any violations of these Terms.
Indemnification and Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold A. Aerin Kube, LLC harmless from any demands, losses, liabilities, or claims made against us arising from your use of the website or services. This includes any events marketed or facilitated by third parties. You agree that any disputes related to events must be resolved directly with the event host, not A. Aerin Kube, LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A. Aerin Kube, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the services provided.
Modifications to Terms
I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes related to the use of this website or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be brought in a competent court located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Course Accreditation and Age Requirement
Courses offered through A. Aerin Kube, LLC, including Spirit Academy, are not accredited. Registrants must be over the age of 18. Course content is based on metaphysical beliefs and is not supported by exact science. Students are encouraged to explore their own beliefs. A. Aerin Kube reserves the right to withdraw any student deemed unsuitable for the course, and fees will be prorated accordingly.
Refunds and Class Participation
All paid courses are non-refundable as of January 1, 2022, unless otherwise specified in the course terms. It is the student’s responsibility to check time zones and log in early to avoid missing a session. Refunds will not be provided for missed classes. Please log in 10 minutes early to avoid potential issues, as the workshop may begin on time, and the doors may lock to prevent interruptions.
Certification Terms and Conditions
A. Certification Validity and Use:
The certification awarded by Spirit Academy and A. Aerin Kube, LLC is valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance. This certification is intended to acknowledge that the student has completed the applicable program and demonstrated proficiency in mediumship. The certification and associated logo may be used for professional purposes, but it is not transferable. Students are prohibited from representing the certification as an endorsement of their psychic or mediumship abilities by Spirit Academy or A. Aerin Kube, LLC.
B. Misuse and Integrity of Certification:
In the event that a student engages in behavior, actions, or public incidents that undermine the integrity of Spirit Academy, A. Aerin Kube, LLC, or the certification itself, the certification may be reconsidered or revoked. Students agree to maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of their practice and uphold the integrity of the certification.
C. Assumption of Risk and Warranty Disclaimer:
The student assumes all responsibility for their actions and decisions based on the certification they have received. A. Aerin Kube, LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the student’s psychic, healing, or mediumship abilities. Spirit Academy and A. Aerin Kube, LLC are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the student’s use of the certification or logo, or the services provided during the course.
D. Non-Endorsement and No License:
The certification awarded does not serve as a license or endorsement by Spirit Academy, A. Aerin Kube, LLC, or A. Aerin Kube personally. It only signifies that the student has completed the required course level and demonstrated proficiency in mediumship. This certification is not transferable or applicable as a professional license.
E. Agreement to Terms:
By accepting the certification and its associated logo, the student agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Students further acknowledge that their acceptance and use of the certification imply their full understanding and agreement to these terms.
